We stand behind every handmade item we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be included where possible
• Custom-made items (with personalised engravings, non-standard sizes) are non-returnable unless defective

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to our Dehradun facility (we cover return shipping for defective items)
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
