Shipping From India

All SinghBros Mart products are handmade in Dehradun, India and shipped directly from our workshop to your door worldwide.

Shipping Rates

For international destinations outside the USA, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Carriers Used

• DHL Express — faster delivery for most orders
• FedEx International — selected large/heavy items
• India Post EMS — economy option for smaller items

Handling & Production Time

Since all items are handmade-to-order, please allow 3–7 business days for production and packaging before shipment. Custom orders may take 2–6 weeks in production.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use our order tracking page or the carrier's website to follow your shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Packaging

Every item is carefully padded with foam inserts and wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile items (lamps, glass items) receive extra reinforcement.
